Evaluation of the Mental Workload of PSIT Employees at SIT XYZ Institutions

The results of the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire in Information and Technology System Development section showed that workers experienced symptoms severe head, fatigue, drowsiness, yawning, forgetfulness, awkwardness stiffness. This indicates a problematic workload. study aims to see level mental workload each staff. method this used NASA-TLX. Based on calculations, it was found staff 4 has score 84.67 which means is very high, 6 27.33 with low category, for other high workload, range values from 66 74.67.
